Where are you located?

I am located Sydney, NSW, Australia.

How can I contact you?

Email me at madebyraylee@outlook.com Please make sure to check junk/spam mail. I try to reply to any order enquiries within 1-3 business days.

How often do you release new products?

At the 1st of every month.

Are your Items handmade?

Yes all items on my website are handmade by myself (Raylee)

Are your items ready to ship or made to order?

I only sell items on my website that I have ready to ship.

My Order

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

This may change, please check shop banner for up to date turn around time. Usually 1-6 days.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is included on most orders, please make sure to select tracked postage at checkout. You can find the tracking number in your emails from me after the item is sent (check junk mail) or contact me if you are having trouble locating it. Please note: Untracked shipping is available for some orders and does not include tracking. 

Something is wrong with my order what can I do?

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes I ship worldwide.

Can i change my address?

Please contact me as soon as possible to change your address. Once the order is posted I cant change the address.

Do you ship express?

Yes I ship express domestically and select overseas countries.

How long does shipping take?

Below are estimated times only once the order has been marked as dispatched. Delays may occur which are out of my control. 

Aussies:

After your order is marked as shipped you should expect your envelope or parcel to arrive within 1-14 business days.

Worldwide:

Generally orders take 2-6 weeks overseas once shipped. Most orders do arrive around the 2-3 week mark.

Returns

My item is faulty?

Please contact me I’m more than happy to help if there is an issue with your order. 

Do you offer returns?

I do accept returns however the customer has to pay for return shipping and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please contact me for more information.
