A little help while you shop handmade with Made by Raylee.

Who makes my order?

Every piece is handmade by me Raylee! I design, cut, sew, and package each order right here in Sydney, Australia. You're supporting one women's creative dream with every purchase, and I'm so grateful for that.

How long will my order take?

All items are ready to ship, so please allow 1-2 business days for packaging before dispatch. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email from Australia Post so you can follow your parcel all the way home. 

How much is shipping?

I offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide and free shipping for orders over $100 AUD. 

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! I can include a short handwritten note for the recipient just pop your message in the "Order Notes" box at checkout. Every parcel is packaged beautifully, ready to gift straight away.

Do you do custom orders?

At this time I am not taking on any custom orders.

What if I receive a faulty item?

I take great care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. But if something slips through, contact me within 14 days with your order number and clear photos. I'll repair, replace, or refund whichever suits you best in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Because everything is handmade to order, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please check all details (like fabric choice and measurements) before ordering.

How do I care for my handmade bag?

To keep your bag looking its best:

• Cold gentle wash (or spot clean if needed)
• Reshape and air dry flat
• Avoid tumble drying or bleaching Each piece is handmade from quality cottons, so a little care helps it last beautifully.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Once posted, parcels are in the care of Australia Post. If yours is delayed or seems lost, contact me I'll help you lodge an enquiry and make it right with a replacement or refund if it can't be found.
