Refund & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade to order, change of mind refunds aren't available, so please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're always entitled to a remedy if your item:

  • arrives faulty,
  • is significantly different from the description or photo, or
  • doesn't perform as expected.

If that happens, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel with clear photos and your order number. You can choose a repair, replacement, or refund whichever suits best. 

Cancellations & Order Changes 

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact me within 12 hours of purchase. Once sewing begins or your order has shipped, I can't make changes.

Returns Process

To return a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Email hello@madebyraylee.com with photos and your order number.
  2. I'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps and a return address (if needed).
  3. Once your item arrives back, I'll process your repair, replacement, or refund within 3 business days.

Return shipping is covered by me if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Handmade Promise

Every piece is stitched with care, so small variations in fabric placement or stitching are part of what makes each one unique not faults, just handmade character.
