Every item is handmade with love in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed, and ready to ship.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times (Australia):

• Standard Post - 5 - 10 business days
• Express Post - 2 - 4 business days

Please make sure your postal address is correct before checking out. I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is handed to Australia Post, it's in their care but please let me know if your parcel hasn't moved for a while or seems lost. I'll help you track it, lodge an enquiry, and if it can't be found, we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australia Post's resolution.
