Every item is handmade with love in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed, and ready to ship.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times (Australia):

• Standard Post - 5-10 business days
• Express Post - 2-4 business days

Shipping rates:

• Flat Rate $10 AUD Australia wide
• Free shipping for orders over $100 AUD

Please make sure your postal address is correct before checking out. I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is handed to Australia Post, it's in their care but please let me know if your parcel hasn't moved for a while or seems lost. I'll help you track it, lodge an enquiry, and if it can't be found, we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australia Post's resolution.

Refunds & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade change of mind refunds aren't available, so please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Under the Australia Consumer Law, you're always entitled to remedy if your item:

• arrives faulty,
• is significantly different from the description or photo, or
• doesn't perform as expected.

If that happens, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel with clear photos and your order number. You can choose a repair, replacement, or refund whichever suits best.

Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact me within 12 hours of purchase. Once sewing begins or your order has shipped, I can't make changes.

Return Process

To return a faulty or incorrect item:

1. Email hello@madebyraylee.com with photos and your order number.
2. I'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps and a return address (if needed).
3. Once your item arrives back, I'll process your repair, replacement, or refund within 3 business days

Return shipping is covered by me if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Fabric Bags & Accessories

(Tote Bags, Wristlets, Key Fobs, Boxy Makeup Bags, etc.)

• Spot Clean Only: Use a gentle cloth, mild soap, and cool water to clean small marks or dirt. 
• Avoid the Washing Machine: Machine washing may cause fabric distortion or hardware damage.
• Air Dry Flat: Never tumble dry. Lay flat in a shaded area to keep shape and prevent fading.
• Iron with Care: If needed, iron on a low heat setting, avoiding zippers, vinyl.
• Keep Them Pretty: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and shape.

Caring for Cotton & Linen Fabrics

• Use a gentle fabric protector spray (optional) to add an extra layer of stain resistance.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or heat this helps prevent shrinking or fading.
  

Hardware & Finishes 

(Zippers, Clips, Key Rings, Straps)

• Wipe metal parts gently with a soft dry cloth if they dull or tarnish.
• Avoid harsh cleaners or submerging hardware in water.

General Tips

• Treat your handmade piece with the same care it was made with.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, damp surfaces, or rough handling.
